Compared to the Safari Camper, the Outback 4WD does not have a sleeping area in the roof structure. The sleeping berths are in a separate 4-person tent measuring 2.35 m x 2.43 m x 2.1 m (height). Two tents are provided for 5 travellers.
The self-inflating mattresses measure 1.92 m x 0.58 m x 0.08 m.
This means that the vehicle has more interior storage space and can be used for day trips without having to convert the bed.
