We’ll choose the winner at random on 3 November 2026 and contact them by email or phone. The winner must confirm that they accept the prize within five working days. If they don’t, another winner will be drawn.
The winner will be chosen at random by the CU | Camper team on 3 November 2026. Employees of CU Travel and their relatives are not eligible to take part. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
We’ll contact the winner by phone or email, and they’ll have five working days to accept the prize.

Terms and Conditions:
§ 1 Subject of the Competition
The competition is organised by CU Travel GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as “CU | Camper”).
The prize consists of the cost of a campervan hire, including any add-ons and insurance selected during the booking process. Any flight costs, fuel costs or other incidental expenses are excluded from the prize.
§ 2 Eligibility and Automatic Entry
(1) The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 or over.
(2) Entry is automatic upon making a valid booking through the CU | Camper websites during the promotional period from 9 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. To be eligible to win, the booking contract must still be valid and must not have been cancelled by either party at the time of the draw.
§ 3 Exclusion from the Competition
(1) Employees of CU | Camper and their family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
(2) CU | Camper reserves the right to exclude any person from the competition in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, cancellation of the booking prior to the draw, or any manipulation of the competition. In such cases, prizes may also be withdrawn retrospectively and any amounts already refunded may be reclaimed.
§ 4 Draw, Notification of the Winner and Reimbursement
(1) The winner will be selected at random on 3 November 2026 using a random number generator.
(2) CU | Camper will notify the winner by email and/or telephone. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in text form (e.g. by email) within 5 working days of the notification being sent. If no confirmation is received within this period, the winner’s entitlement to the prize will lapse and a replacement winner will be selected.
(3) The prize will be provided by reimbursing or waiving the rental price stated in the booking, including any booked add-ons and insurance products. No cash payment exceeding the booked amount will be made, and the prize may not be transferred to a third party.
§ 5 Early Termination
CU | Camper reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition early if there are important reasons that prevent its proper operation, such as technical disruptions, software errors, manipulation or legal reasons.
§ 6 Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the booking process will be processed by CU Travel for the purpose of administering and conducting the competition (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Following completion of the competition and expiry of any applicable statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law, the competition-related data will be deleted.

§ 7 Final Provisions
(1) Recourse to the courts is excluded.
(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
(3) Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
