What to do if the motorhome rental of your choice is fully booked?

That said, depending on the season and destination, some vehicles may be listed as “on request.”

What does “on request” mean?

This is especially common in high-demand regions such as western Canada and the southwestern US during the summer months, when popular motorhome models are often booked out well in advance.

In many cases, an on-request vehicle can still be confirmed. However, due to limited availability, the rental company may occasionally be unable to approve the booking. If that happens—don’t worry. It doesn’t mean your holiday plans are off the table.

Alternative Offers

If your original request can’t be confirmed, you’ll typically receive a new offer in your customer portal within two business days, along with an email notification.

If the alternative meets your needs, you can accept it directly in your customer portal (your personal account on our website). To secure the vehicle, it’s important to act quickly—offers should be accepted within 24 hours, or ideally even sooner.

If the alternative offer does not match your wishes, you can contact our customer care team by phone or email. To help us find the right alternative, please consider in advance what is most important to you. Also think about whether your travel dates can be shifted by a few days.

Once an alternative vehicle has been confirmed, you will be informed by email and via the customer portal, and nothing will stand in the way of your motorhome holiday.
