Step 3 — Confirmation: After selecting your camper, register, add traveller details, and confirm the booking with a deposit. You’ll then receive all documents and practical guidance, so you can focus on planning your trip.
Step 4 — The handover: When you got to collect your vehicle at the chosen station. Most providers offer a full walk-through to show how everything works. To save time, many providers offer online check-in, allowing you to watch briefing videos in advance.

The deposit is due at booking. The final payment is usually due 30 days before travel. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), the full amount is payable immediately.
